Cologne City Tax
Please note, the City of Cologne charges an extra tax of 5% of the accommodation rate and requires the hotel to charge the tax extra on top. This tax can be waived should your stay be for professional reasons. On the website www.stadt-koeln.de/politik-und-verwaltung/stadtfinanzen/kulturfoerderabgabe a mandatory document for this waiver can be found. Unfortunately the authorities only accept this document in German.

Check-In: Monday to Sunday 03.00 pm to 11.00 pm
Check-Out: Monday to Sunday until noon

We accept the following methods of payment:
A reservation guarantee can normally be provided by credit cards such as Master, VISA, American Express or Diners. If you are not in possession of one of the named cards, the booking can be confirmed via prepayment (money transfer).
Parking
Our hotel provides single garages for 18,00 € per night. Of course we will regard your wish for a reservation, but a pre-booking of the garages is due to organisational reasons not possible.
In addition you have the possibility of using the public car park at the cathedral. The rate amounts to 18,00 € per 24 hours.
Directly in front of the hotel are some parking spaces. The maximum parking time is four hours and the fee is 1,00 € per 20 minutes.
Accessibility for disabled guests
Our hotel can not grant universal access due to its construction type. If you are not bound to use your wheelchair or walker permanently, we would be glad to offer our support throughout your stay.
Lost / forgotten objects
In case you have forgotten something in your room, we have the possibility to send a package unpaid within Germany. The "Deutsche Post" charges for domestic transportation currently 12,00 €.
Please note, this mode of shipment is not offered to foreign countries, therefore we will gladly organise the safe delivery of your goods. Service charges may apply.
